How we calculate your shipping costs

Please note that the specified shipping costs for bicycles, e-bikes, and cargo bikes apply per item. Since each bike is shipped in its own specially developed safety carton, these costs are incurred for each vehicle separately.

Good news for your accessories
If you order small parts or accessories in addition to your bike, we will try—provided size and weight allow—to pack them directly into the large bike box. In this case, you will of course not pay any additional shipping costs for your accessories. If it is not possible to pack them together, small parts will be shipped separately via DPD for €6.90.

The final calculation of the shipping costs for your entire shopping cart is always shown transparently in the order summary before you complete your order.

Everything about the shipping process

Your bike travels in our specially developed, extremely sturdy bunnyhop box. You can easily roll heavy e-bikes out of the side of the box. In our tutorials, you can find out how your bike arrives and what you need to do before you start riding.

Your bike is 95% pre-assembled. You only need to straighten the handlebars and attach the pedals.

Tool check: You will need 4mm & 5mm hex keys as well as a 15mm open-ended wrench.

Once you have completed your order, the product is reserved for you. Please note, however, that we fully assemble, inspect, and if necessary test-ride every bicycle before shipment to ensure our high quality standards. For models that must first be requested from the manufacturer, the delivery time may be extended accordingly.

You can find the delivery time directly on the product page under "Availability". We ask for your understanding should there be slight deviations during periods of high demand.

Leasing is simple with us directly via the shopping cart. We work with all major partners such as JobRad, Bikeleasing.de, Lease a Bike, and many others.

The process in our webshop:

Add your desired bike and accessories to the shopping cart and select the payment method "Company Bike Leasing" at checkout.
Provide us with additional information, such as your leasing provider and employer code, in the comment field or directly on the product page in the "Leasing & Financing" field.
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation via email.
One of our leasing specialists will contact you personally shortly to discuss further details and the activation with your provider.

Yes, the freight forwarder will automatically contact you via email after dispatch to arrange a delivery date with you. To do this, simply select the shipping method "Hellmann bicycle email notification" or "Hellmann e-bike email notification" at checkout.
