Simply select your preferred date for a service or minor repairs.

You can drop off your bike at our shop in Hameln at your convenience anytime during our opening hours on the day you booked: Mon.–Fri. 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. & Sat. 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

If we have the spare parts in stock, the repair or service will take 3–5 working days.

Read before starting!

Are you bringing two bikes? In our booking tool, add one bike after the other and confirm your entire booking at the end.
Do you have a leased bike? Please be sure to specify your leasing provider, your service package, and any vouchers in the text field. Also, let us know whether you want a full inspection or just the UVV safety check.

Of course! Simply write your requests in the comments field of your order or contact us at info@bunnyhop.de. We will find the right parts and coordinate the modification with you individually.

We check all safety-relevant components, adjust the gears and brakes, and update the software on e-bikes. Repairs beyond the scope of the inspection will be carried out after consultation with you.
